Position Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth of KCH Transportation. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and facilitating the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while meeting the organization’s staffing goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for various roles within the logistics sector

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions quickly and efficiently

• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture

• Participate in job fairs and relevant networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information

Job requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or customer service-related field

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

• Experience/Knowledge within logistics or supply chain is a plus

• Professional certification in Human Resources preferred (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
