Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Location: This role has the flexibility to work out of our Atlanta branch or Chattanooga branch!

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission Incentives

Target Start Date: November 3rd, 2025

Position Summary:

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Enterprise SDR) at KCH Transportation, you’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales team to generate and qualify leads from some of the nation’s largest shippers. This role is designed for driven individuals who want to build a career in high-value, strategic sales by supporting enterprise account growth in the fast-paced world of third-party logistics (3PL).

You’ll research and connect with large-scale organizations ($500M+ in annual revenue), uncover supply chain challenges, and open the door for our Enterprise Account Executives to deliver tailored solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Research Enterprise Targets: Identify potential enterprise accounts with complex supply chain operations.

  2. Engage Cold Prospects: Use email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to connect with key decision-makers.

  3. Qualify High-Value Leads: Assess fit against our ideal enterprise customer profile and prepare opportunities for Enterprise Sales Executives.

  4. Collaborate on Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Sales Executives to develop customized outreach approaches.

  5. Pipeline Development: Maintain a steady pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, logging activity in Salesforce.

  6. Support Strategic Deals: Assist in preparing materials for RFPs, executive presentations, and enterprise-level meetings.

  7. Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and enterprise logistics challenges.

Job requirements

  1. 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (internships included).

  2. Bachelor’s degree preferred; some college coursework considered with relevant experience.

  3. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and basic understanding of the sales process.

  4. Ambitious, proactive, and eager to break into enterprise-level sales in the logistics industry.
